princesslondon Posted December 8, 2018 #1 Share Posted December 8, 2018 I booked 5 rooms Thurs for on the Oasis for 4/14/19. We did OV large balcony rooms and were debating on upgrading to a JS and there were quite a bit left. Now our sailing shows all suites are booked, even the GS’s and up and they were plenty of all different suites to chose from. We are fine in our room but just wondering if it was odd that all the suites booked up basically overnight.
Clarea Posted December 8, 2018 #2 Share Posted December 8, 2018 Keep watching, maybe something will open up. However, it's not unusual for the apparent inventory to quickly change.
payitforward Posted December 8, 2018 #3 Share Posted December 8, 2018 I can't help wondering if the cancellation for 3/31 and/or the new "Royal Up" program contributed to this.
Biker19 Posted December 8, 2018 #4 Share Posted December 8, 2018 ^+1 on the latter.

There were no GS or higher available so we got a JS. A few weeks later I was looking and saw that two GS had become available so rang our travel agent who phoned Royal. They applied further discounts and for the grand total of $36 we upgraded to a GS. All suites from JS up have been booked out since probably June and I'm checking all the time, nothing has become available.
Merion_Mom Posted December 8, 2018 #10 Share Posted December 8, 2018 The following cruise is the transatlantic. It's a very popular thing to do B2B with these cruises. (just another thing to consider)
