Tea & coffee making facilities in cabin on silhouette.

We are sailing from Southampton on the silhouette in May, I’m hoping there will be tea coffee making facilities in cabin, us Brits love our morning cuppa.

Generally there's kettles when sailing from Southampton. Personally, I make mine appear by calling room service. ;-D

In our experience they are available on cruises from Southampton. Not just useful for tea and coffee....

 

With many Northern (cold) itineraries we took a hot water bottle with us to Norway....Great to lie on my sun bed on the balcony covered with blankets and my bottle to cuddle!

While we do room service for coffee/croissant in the am...

I LOVED having a kettle to make tea in the afternoon if we didn't head over to Al Bacio

We are sailing this May from Dublin.  Does anyone know if they put kettles in the cabins on the sailings from Dublin?

 

We sailed once from Southampton, and liked the small changes they made to cater to folks from England.

We are also hoping there are boiling facilities on aboard.  Lots of rich food and drink = dodgy tummy = hot water bottle = relief =  start again tomorrow.

I love my brew in the morning on the balcony and love having the kettle in the room. My experience of Celebrity was the hot water in the buffet and other outlets were never hot enough and ended up with a scum like on top of the tea so was really undrinkable. The only exception was Al Baccio. So enjoy your kettle.

When we sailed from fort Lauderdale, we asked our cabin steward fro a kettle, no problem. We could then make 'proper' tea with boiling water anytime we liked! kept a small carton of milk in the fridge.
