Did you get the special Priority Disembarkation in San Francisco where your luggage was given silver tags and you received a Priority Disembarkation card and your luggage was placed in a special area for quick retrieval.  We did in January and when we showed out card we were escorted to the head of the line.

Yes, we absolutely did receive Silver 1 tags for debarkation.  We were amongst the first people off the ship ahead of even the walk off customers.  I'll say the shore side folks were not completely ready for the Silver 1's as we started to arrive, but they adapted rather quickly.  We were through immigration and on the Uber curb in something like 7 minutes, the wait for our Uber was far longer (high class problems huh?).

Did I understand correctl, no dinner in the main dining room on port days?  I don’t remember that from all our cruises.  Is that new?

No, not dinner, lunch.  There is no LUNCH in the MDR on port days which is a real bummer.  I understand why, but for someone who does not like the outdoor grille stuff or pizza or IC or the buffet, it really limits our lunches on port days.  I suffer through the buffet but really hate it!  Grin.  So no, they have breakfast and dinner in the MDR every day, it is just lunch that is affected by port days.

There's always room service. Menu in the blue folder.

Pooh,

Thank you for setting up m&g lunch.  Too bad we couldn’t have all sat together.

So happy you enjoyed your WS.  Dining room service was soooo slow.

Good cruise.

You are welcome.  Yes, I did enjoy the lunch rather than a meet and greet.  I don't know why these ships don't have an oval table for 20! Grin.  CC dining wasn't quick, but then we have no where to go so just sit and enjoy ourselves.  We found our great server about day 4-5 and then everything was smooth and fun the rest of the cruise.  Did notice, that people on this itinerary really eat early!!!!!!!

We were also on this cruise being above Pooh on Emerald deck. The toilets had problems the first few days and then they were fixed. We had to go to the 12th floor to get tokens for the laundry and we had troubles with a washer that wouldn't finish spinning. For the 10 days that was only the only hiccups. We ate twice in AD and found it took so long to be done so we did Alfredos and the buffet. We also had Crown Grill 1 night and our filet was excellent. I usually am in the casino but this cruise my sister was with me so we did a lot of movies, classes, trivia and evening shows. Did find out it takes 2000 points to get a drink in the casino which a gal a few nights earlier told us 1000 to get a free drink. Casino cruises can spoil a person for sure.

One year we spent 78 days on the Grand...loved it...have been on it last a couple of yrs ago  for a RT Hawaii....Never had a bad word to say about her...even when an employee committed suicide on that RT Hawaii...spent 36 daylight hrs looking then a beautiful ceremony in the theatre...missed one port because of the "happening" everything was handled beautifully.

Wow! This is kind of unique- three cruisers in the same cabin on three consecutive cruises! I just got off the Grand, sailing in F307 as well! Eliseo was our stewart, not very talkative (language issue?) but very efficient. Called room service and changed out the mini bar for 10 diet cokes and 10 Bud Lights. Bring a good bottle opener as the ones provided bend easily if you don't use it gently. No problems with anything. Can't beat the location to CC or CG. Always had bottomless mimosas and Bloody Marys delivered before we could ask for them. I asked for a lobster with swiss cheese omlette, but was told they had no lobster available to them. I had to defer to scrambled eggs with cheddar cheese, bacon and prosciutto. Yum!

Yes, they are. I think that they may have a "secret breakfast bar" just for this in the Crown Grill. Our waiter wasn't gone long enough to go to a bar and have drinks ordered, made and returned to our table.

My breakfast ritual of drinks and the included mini-bar was my drink package.

No, there is dinner every single night.  On port days there is no mdr lunch.
