Adventure Bound in Juneau - Distance from Ovation OTS to Office?

WE are booked with Adventure Bound in Juneau in just a couple of weeks.  We have to be at their office at 8 AM.  Our ship arrives in port at 7 AM.  My question is how far is it from the dock and is there transportation available from the pier? One member of our party is mobility limited and may have to take a cab, if available.

I have the impression that it is the office.  Here is the address they sent me:

Give them a call. If you dock near the tram it's a fairly short walk down to their office, but give  them a call and explain your issue and Winona will probably arrange to meet you at the ship and give you a ride. They are great people and very helpful. I've gone with them at least 6 times and will continue every chance I get. Fabulous trip

This will be my first time, but they were very helpful via email.  Make sure you included your ship name in the reservation.

I did e-mail but no response yet.  I will call later today if necessary.  

 

From what I understand Royal usually docks near the tramway.  Google maps show it to be 0.4 miles to the office from the tramway.  Not far at all for me, but too far for my friend.

You have to look by ship.  It's at AS dock.  That's where we are at.  It's .2 miles to their office based on what I could determine but I don't have anyone with a mobility issue.  Not far though.  We were directed to meet at the office. If they don't say to meet somewhere closer, can your friend use a rollator to assist?  My sister doesn't use at home but uses it when traveling to rest (it's a walker with a bench).
