Team Alpha Posted May 30, 2019 #1 Share Posted May 30, 2019 G'day cruisers, we haven't cruised with Celebrity for a cpl of years but have just booked our next Celebrity cruise via a TA. So I've gone to the Celebrity website to login and check our shore excursions etc. I've been trying to login for a few days but keep getting this message 'We've got your info. However, we're unable to bring up your account right now, so please try again later.' Has anyone else had this problem and found a solution? Luvcrusn Posted May 30, 2019 #3 Share Posted May 30, 2019 If you haven't signed into X in a while, as jelayne said in the previous post, your user name is your email. There's also a requirement that your password contain a capital letter. The log in for X is now the same as for Royal. You may have to either call captains club, or set up new log in.
