On Oceania, some is refundable. some is not.

It all depends on which bucket the credit came from.

They tell you, in advance.

Any money coming from O (e.g., O Life or Oceania Club loyalty SBC or incentive funds available to you via an O preferred partner TA) is non-refundable. SBC provided directly by a TA (e.g., commission sharing) is refundable.

Note that refundable SBC is the last pot of money in your shipboard account billed.

best to ask your TA  if it is refundable or not

then you are not scrambling the last day to spend the OBC
