Temperature in public areas of Voyager of the Seas

Recommended Posts

Debating if I need cardigans for aboard ships. I have a windbreaker for the airplane but wonder if I want something nicer for dining room and lounges and shows.  With the number if people on the ship in a warm part of the world (Asia, summer), what is the indoor temperature?

We did B2B on Voyager last year (25 days in total, I think, Sydney-South Pacific-Sydney-Singapore) and I found it uncomfortably warm in many public areas. (Chops especially.) Every other ship I’ve found chilly in public areas, so was very surprised.

Interesting. People aboard now (in a FB group) are reporting that no sweater is needed.

Another subjective situation, like "How is the food on xxx".

Yes, but. With ships I have been aboard I know whether the evening wrap is important. I like to pack only what will be useful. I might hedge my bets and pack a shawl which weighs less than a sweater or jacket.
