Deluxe balcony breakfast

What is served with the deluxe balcony breakfast?  Thank you:  Matt

OJ, Sparkling wine, coffee, quiche, many pastries, smoked salmon, fruit..I forget what else.  But, if you are like me and don't want salmon for breakfast, I was able to switch it out for french toast.

Choice of juices, champagne (Nicholas Feuillate, if above poster got sparkling wine, they got gipped),  quiche, smoked salmon and fixings, pastries, fruit.

It's all delivered at once, not in courses like the Balcony Dinner. Tablecloth and cutlery, etc.  Changes can be made within reason, as in hubby is allergic to egg, so he got corned beef hash, I added a side of bacon, etc.
