Sea Princess -.Is she having 2 days in Adelaide ?

The web cam and Marine Traffic  are showing Sea Princess still in Adelaide today (Sat 26 Oct)

Is all OK , or has  the mighty web got it wrong?

The Adelaide port info says a 4pm departure today (26th).

It is wild and woolly down in this area (Melbourne) at the moment.  Windy is showing 5 - 6 metre seas between SA and Tas in Bass Strait so maybe they have delayed departure hoping for better conditions.

Thanks for the update on the weather.

 

They are due in Hobart at 10 am tomorrow. Leaving at 4  means they wont be wasting any time in getting there.

Burnie  port says arrival at 6 am and leave 3.30 for Melb.

Yes, we have just disembarked Sea Princess in Sydney after 28 days circumnavigation of Australia Sydney to Sydney.  The Captain decided not to go to Hobart because of bad weather in that vicinity.  We had an extra day in Adelaide, Burnie on a different day, and back on correct it itinerary for Melbourne.   A great cruise.  Calm seas.  Weather perfect, if a bit cool in Adelaide.
