Heres a better shot showing how they use the dock at Mt Maunganui for  re stocking provisions on the ship. Nice and handy for all the containers that are used.

We are on Solstice. Here is a photo I took during a walk around “The Mount”.

How was the walk around the Mount? I heard there was a washout at some stage and it was under repair. Is the temporary boardwalk and steps still in place ?

Yes, there has been a washout round “The Mount” and there are stairs to bypass it. I would suggest that you walk around in a clockwise direction, as there are less stairs to climb if you have a problem with stairs.

We have only been on board for two days, entertainment so far has been good with a comedian and instrumentalist. Supposedly,  a new team of Celebrity entertainers have embarked this cruise and are rehearsing for a new show.

This is our 3rd Solstice cruise and enjoying it as usual, she is our favourite ship!

She is mine too but I have been absent from her for too long.
