Hello,  my question, for those who have had select dining and chosen their specific dining times online prior to the cruise, have you ever had to wait for a table in the dining room and if so, about how long of a wait to have a 7:45pm dinner?

Yes.  That is a peak dining time and sometimes there is a short wait.  It might be longer if you have table size preferences.

7:45 is indeed peak dining time...

 

If you are planning to attend the 7:00 PM show prior to having dinner, a 7:45 dining reservation might be a few minutes early in terms of seeing the end of the show and then walking from the theater [forward] to the main dining rooms [aft].

Thank you for your input.  We do not go to shows.  We prefer a long take your time dinner.   But isn't there a late show for other people to attend?

The shows are typically scheduled at 7:00 and 9:00 PM...

 Early show is 7 30 pm on EDGE..Dining at 6 or 6 15 is perfect to get there early for seating.

If you want a table by yourself for your three people that might be a longer wait vs getting added to a larger table with other guests.  But it still will not be a really long wait at least in my experience.
