On Symphony the escorts from the suite lounge via private elevator at each port stop are for Sky Class only.  We were advised by the concierges that Pinnacles are now excluded from this service and not allowed to use this private elevator.

I'm a Platinum member, what the heck is "Sky Class"?  I thought the highest class was "Pinnacle"?

Platinum, Emerald, Diamond, Pinnacle etc are ranks of the loyalty program. Sea (junior suites), Sky, and Star Class are the different categories of the suite rooms.
