Canceling Grand Suite with NRD

Does anyone have information on when the Future Cruise Credit is issued for the deposit (minus the cancellation penalty)? I would like to apply it to another cruise that I already have booked. I never canceled before so any information is appreciated.

We did it a few months ago. FCC  was sent via email about 10 days later. Called our online TA, gave them the FCC number, TA had the credit applied to a cruise we have booked at the end of 2020. happy cruising

Are there any still available on your sailing.

You could try negotiating

I call them almost daily and have not noticed any significant increase in wait times recently.
