We're signed up for Pa'Ati Tours in Rangiroa but getting concerned about the "rough" ride for an hour each way as one of us has back issues.  Any other suggestions on how to spend the day?  Thanks!!

Go to the 'Aquarium'   easy access, no rough ride 😉

I've done the tour with Pa'Ati to the Blue Lagoon, yes it was a rough ride on a small boat that had very little cushion 😉

If you have some time after your tour, find your way to Le Relaise Josephine. It's a bar with an absolutely fantastic deck overlooking Tiputa Pass. The local wine (grown on Rangiroa) is really good.

(The photo is Bob, my travel buddy, with a glass of local wine on Josephine's deck.)
