Emerald Princess to Hawaii

We are scheduled to cruise on Emerald Princess April 29th from LA to Hawaii. Has anyone cruised this itinary during this time and what was the weather and wave action like during this time? Thank you!.

There are a lot of other folks posting there about your cruise. The last time we sailed to Hawaii from LA the seas were calm and the weather was mild. It was in the month of October though...

There were a couple days with more motions on the way to Hawaii when we sailed early April last year, also on Emerald Princess.  The rest were calm and smooth sailing on the way back.

I have done this cruise over 15 times. Different months and different years. (Feb, March, April, Oct., Dec, )

Sometimes rocky the first few days and sometimes smooth as silk. You really never know Mother Nature.

We did it on the Star in early March, two years ago. Weather and sea conditions were great. Going on the Emerald on March 30.
