Drinks Package Requirements

Hey there, just 5hink8ng aloud and wanted to check a couple of things in relation to the drinks package so wanted to check out from you more seasoned travellers !

 

1} if there are two adults in a stateroom and one wishes to get the drinks package , is the other obliged to get a package of their own, even if they don’t wish to and are happy with the complementary/included drinks ?
 

2} if it’s an adult and a child Only in the stateroom and the adult wishes to have the  drinks package, is the child obliged to have a package ?

Are you talking about the Deluxe Drink Package or the Refreshment Package?

All adults, over 21 need to purchase the Deluxe, however, if you call,  some have had luck with being able to buy the Refreshment package for one. But both adults still need to get a package (soda excluded)

 

if there is a child in the room, you only need to buy one Deluxe package. No other package necessary.

If 2 adults one can get the refreshment package and one the alcohol package.  If one adult and one child you can get the alcohol package and the child does not need to get any package

By policy, both adults have to get the alcohol package. It has been reported that if one of the adults doesn't drink alcohol (at all), by calling they have only had to get the refreshment package.
