Another lift and shift question

I remember back in March I think I was one of the first ones to call with this situation before they added it to the policy.  I must have spent 4 hours on the phone with various supervisors getting it approved and it had to be applied to a new reservation.  Now it’s a piece cake and apply it to any reservation.

Follow up:  I guess it isn't really any reservation.  I called and was advised I had not been able to move the $100 OBC to the reservation I chose because it was one of my Prime casino cruises (complimentary cruise I paid extra to upgrade).  Don't know why they didn't tell me that when I tried to move it previously as I had many other bookings I could have applied it to.  Anyway, they said they were making a one-time exception and allowing me to move the OBC.

Doesnt it say in the small print something about casino rates? I'd have to put in a booking # to get to the small print, but seem to remember something like that.
