I must have spent 4 hours on the phone with various supervisors getting it approved and it had to be applied to a new reservation. Now it’s a piece cake and apply it to any reservation.

Follow up: I guess it isn't really any reservation. I called and was advised I had not been able to move the $100 OBC to the reservation I chose because it was one of my Prime casino cruises (complimentary cruise I paid extra to upgrade). Don't know why they didn't tell me that when I tried to move it previously as I had many other bookings I could have applied it to. Anyway, they said they were making a one-time exception and allowing me to move the OBC. Thanks all for the info.

I'd have to put in a booking # to get to the small print, but seem to remember something like that.
