Alaska in May

We've cruised to Alaska four times and three were in mid to late May...Northbound from Vancouver and once round trip from Vancouver in September.

Hands down May has been our favorite. We love our Alaska a bit on the cool side and this is what we've found in May.

 

I personally wouldn't care to cruise from Seattle as it seems a bit of a waste of time just getting there and back.

I liked the Caribbean until I went to Alaska. I now would go to Alaska over the Caribbean any day.

I'm planning on going to Alaska for 10 days in early March for the start of the Iditarod race. I also have a Caribbean cruise scheduled for late March if it happens.
