Sky Princess M107 Balcony question

Hi 

we are looking to book Sky Princess M107 for March 2022 going to the Canary islands.never booked a forward balcony before always on the side

 can anyone tell me if the balcony is fully covered and do you have access to the balcony on sea days

any photos would be much appreciated

We have been in a forward facing balcony on the Regal. The balcony is

enormous and yes, you have access basically, all of the time. It is not

locked. I believe that a small part (on the side) is covered but the main part is not.

The only negative for us, was the steel railing. So, if you want to see out,

you will need to stand to do so. We prefer to be able to just kick back and

see out.

You can search for images of the Sky and look at those balconies.

I've stayed in M107 m108 on both thr Royal and Regal.  They are ok but little privacy on the huge balcony.  I prefer L107 or L108 it still a large balcony but totally private and  covered on the side.  They are all IMHO the best location on the ship unless you want a motionless cruise.

The deck plan indicates that M107 and 108 balconies can only be used when in port. I've seen several reviews suggesting otherwise. What's the reality?

 

Also do you know what the white space is on the deck plan between M107 and M109?
