Saab4444 Posted March 11, 2021 #1 Share Posted March 11, 2021 I learnt that Infinity just left dry dock in Cadiz and she is on her way to Athens. Is her hull painted blue now? Has anyone any info regarding this dry dock?
wrk2cruise Posted March 11, 2021 #2 Share Posted March 11, 2021 It appears she still has the original paint scheme. Discussed at the end of this thread
grayjay Posted March 13, 2021 #3 Share Posted March 13, 2021 Regarding her being revolutionized I'm still hoping for it to be accomplished in 2021 or early 2022 as I am booked on an April 2022 cruise in a cabin at the stern - the former C1 cabins now appear as Sunset Verandah cabins and the former FV's as Sunset Suites. If I miscalculated - well - it's still cruising with a view of the wake...
Rare terrydtx Posted March 13, 2021 #4 Share Posted March 13, 2021 (edited) We are booked on the Infinity this September from Barcelona in an aft facing A1 on the 11th deck. I see this happening 50/50 at best. 🤞 My TA told me the canceled Infinity revolutionizeing from 2020 will not happen until 2023, if ever, at the earliest. hvbaskey Posted March 13, 2021 #5 Share Posted March 13, 2021 Structural dry dock only, no changes to passenger areas: https://crew-center.com/celebrity-infinity-arrives-cadiz-drydock Possibly outfitting her for the 2022 Antarctica Run (to comply with IMO Polar Code, effective Jan 1, 2022)
