time4sun Posted August 13, 2021 #1 Share Posted August 13, 2021 Looking to cash in 45k points, is there a sweet spot for redemption? As we recall, there used to be a deal for 40k points= $500.....it's been two years since we even looked at it....hehe! Thanks in advance!
Rare BlerkOne Posted August 13, 2021 #2 Share Posted August 13, 2021 A sweet spot is a $1500 Carnival transaction. Then that 45k points could be worth $675 toward a statement credit.
balcony bound Posted August 13, 2021 #3 Share Posted August 13, 2021 Redeeming against a Carnival charge of over $1500 will up your redemption to 1.5%.
Jim and Monika Posted August 13, 2021 #4 Share Posted August 13, 2021 Try spending $1,500 with today's prices without jumping to a suite. I wish I could add Cheers at my time of booking to get to that $1,500. I realize we could book higher category, but that's not our style and would be throwing the savings away. LeslieA Posted August 13, 2021 #5 Share Posted August 13, 2021 I have a Barclaycard Rewards, but appear to be out of the loop on this. Is this a specific Carnival credit card?

It's easy if you aren't cruising on casino rates. The cheapest balcony on Mardi Gras should do it
