Smoking areas on Royal class ships

Hi 😊

Can anyone tell me where the smoking areas are on the Royal class Princess ships? We would love to know typical decks and whether starboard, port, foreword, or aft.

We try to find cabins further away from smoking areas, and this information is difficult to find online.

Royal & Regal. Expect the Sky, Enchanted and Discovery is or will be the same. No experience with the Majestic, but expect it to be very similar except the Majestic does not have exactly the same deck plans, no terrace pool area, no designated cigar lounge. 

Outside, cigarettes only

Starboard aft deck 7 patio

Deck 17, sun deck, area which is above the bar. pizza & grill on deck 16 below.

Deck 17 aft, By the terrace pool on the Regal and same area with no pool on the Royal

Inside:

Some casino slots while playing. Casino is smoke free usually on formal evenings.

Churchill's cigar lounge. This is the only location on the ship where cigar and pipe smoking is permitted.

No smoking in any cabin or on any balcony.

You seem knowledgeable about smoking areas. Do you know if there is an area on Regal Princes where my hubby can have his morning smokes and coffee?  We have sailed HAL often and he sits in the aft retreat in mornings (smoking area near coffee). I am looking at booking Regal Princess (only if he can smoke). From your description, it looks like deck 17 aft might work. Appreciate any input.

Regal has a nice outdoor smoking section on 17 aft and he can just skoot down the stairs right there for a coffee, pack a insulated tumbler for him.

Deck 17 aft by the Terrace Pool. He will have to bring the coffee or order it using the medallion app for delivery to his location. Smoking areas are limited around the ship.

Also, when I was a smoker I booked my rooms towards the back of the ship because the back elevators take you right there. Enjoy your cruise. I'll be on the regal in March for a Transatlantic.

Majestic is deck 7 outside next to the entrance for the vista lounge so aft..  Deck 17 forward above the buffet outside.  Casino if you are playing except formal nights.

Only certain slots. Table games, casino bar, and other areas are non smoking.
