Price drop...phone number to get lower price?

Arghhh...I thought I had the correct phone number to call to reprice my reservation saved, but alas...I can't find it!  Would some kind soul please post the number?  My final payment is due Thursday and the cost of the cabin has decreased.  I'd like to get an adjustment made before final payment.

Yeah, I did that but got a recording that the office is closed.  It's apparently open during "regular business hours" but they didn't say what those are!  I know I've called in the evening before.

866-562-7625 is the main number. They are available more hours on the weekend than C&A. Choose the option for making a new reservation. RCI is not as interested in dealing with existing reservations on weekends and may not answer that option.

My point was if the OP wants to secure the price drop tonight C&A will not be far superior as they are closed. What in the world is your point?

When I posted C&A was still available. The main line is terrible. I've done this five times already. Now that they are closed they can try the main line, and keep calling until they get an acceptable response if needed.

I used the C&A number and got the price drop applied yesterday.  One would think that after all the cruises we've done on Royal I would know how to do this, but I only remember one other time when our price dropped, and I had a TA handling the reservation back then.  

 

I did have to endure a nearly a 30 minute hold, so price drops must be happening for a lot of people now, but I triumphed and saved some bucks.
