Majestic Crown Grill reservations

I had same problem!  I am a TA and called Princess yesterday.  It looks like I was the first to report it and they opened a problem report with the medallion team.  They are working on it but there isn’t an estimated for when it will be fixed.  The medallion app is so problematic!

Not exactly the same issue, but I have been trying repeatedly to book the Crown Grill on Regal for May.

Keep getting an error message saying my address is incomplete in my personal details! 

Called Princess in the UK - the agent there couldn't make a booking for me either.

That's  what we are trying to do, and it's our 40th wedding anniversary as well, so I am under pressure !

I just checked the medallion app and my reservation is back!
