Is the Royal app having fits today? I can't get in

We cruise Saturday and earlier today, I went into the Royal app to see if there was anything new. The (very long!) Terms of Use popped up with an Accept or Decline button.  I scrolled down to the bottom of the Terms and clicked Accept, but it keeps going back to the same Accept/Decline screen.  Is the app glitching today?

Not for our cruise.

Mine works.  Of course it still has us on the Jewel today.  I wish I was.  Rest of cruises are there.
