Smiths is kaput!

😥  I have used Smiths for Airports several times in the past, and have always been very well satisfied with their service.  I submitted a request for transfers for my upcoming cruise, and received this message back:

           Unfortunately Smiths for Airports has now closed. We have ceased trading as of 29/12/2021. 

            Thank you for all your custom over the years.

 

Can I get a recommendation for a reliable company for private transfers?

I have used Smiths in past. Heard about this, so booked Blackberry. Pre pay requirement

Very sad news. Smiths was terrific. 

 

@boblerm:  I appreciate your posting this information, thank you.  As for another company: it's been several years since we used them, but based on their service then, I would recommend Blackberry.  I would also ask the question over in the Britain ports of call forum, where the topic of who to use for transfers is regularly discussed.
