Still in pain all day. God nothing done.  

I really hope this doesn’t screw up the blood work on Tuesday.

I am not a happy camper.  

Didn’t think missing my meds one day would do this to me.

Say a prayer. Please.

@richwmn, I'm on the Zuiderdam and we'll not be to Puntarenas until tomorrow (1/23).  Our schedule was changed when Fuerte Amador was added to replace Cartegena.

😉Yes, our relative from Belgium is enjoying her stay in 'America.' Viviane ❤'s warmer weather and what a better place than in Hawaii! 🌴 Yesterday we drove around Oahu..a bit windy in some areas.😎
