We are getting off Sky Princess on Feb 5 and getting on Rotterdam. I just got an updated email from Holland America moving the 4 of us to group F with a 1:40 arrival time.

I’m hoping we will be able to stay on Sky Princess until 9:00 am. Any ideas on what we can do for about 4.5 hours, with all of our luggage, while waiting for our time.  Don’t want to be the “special “ person who doesn’t want to follow directions and shows up early.

Any suggestions appreciated.

Get in a taxi, drop your luggage off at the new ship, continue to the water taxi dock @17th street, and take a water trip around Fort Lauderdale.

End up back @ the 17th street dock and taxi back to the ship, or taxi/Uber from another stop.

Excellent idea. I would just suggest checking the water taxi website to be sure what time they start operations on any given day.
