Driver from MIA up to Port Canaveral (or Uber)?

Anyone have a recommendation for a Car Service out of MIA?  It's vastly cheaper (and more convenient, direct vs. connection) for us to fly into Miami for a cruise leaving out of Fort Lauderdale.  We are staying on the beach the night before, and trying to decide if we want to reserve a car service, or just grab an Uber.

Port Everglades is the name of the port at Fort Lauderdale.

 

Port Canaveral is much, much further up the Florida coast (about 3 hours and 15 minutes) from Fort Lauderdale.

 

Orlando airport is much, much closer to Port Canaveral. (Cape Canaveral is known for rocket launches, as well.)

 

You might want to confirm which port your ship is leaving from.

Drive from MIA to Port Everglades is about 40 minutes or so, depending upon traffic - you can use UberX for about $50+

 

Drive from MIA to Port Canaveral is about 3.5 hours  - you are better off renting a car one way.

I looked on the JiffyJeff website and it doesn’t say anything about servicing port Canaveral. All I can see is that they service Fort Lauderdale and Miami.
