What is earliest boarding time in Barcelona

I looked on royals website and cannot find out times to board the ship in Barcelona.  There are 12 people and we are arranging a private transfer to the ship.  I want to let the transfer company know what time to pick us up at our hotel.

That won't be known/confirmed until check in starts 45 days out, but noon would be a safe time.

Thanks, I wasn’t planning on anything earlier than 11:00, we like to board as early as possible since that is considered one of the cruise days.

Back in the day we usually arrived at the port about 10.30 and they started to board about 11.00.

 

Under today’s circumstances who knows?
 

I’m sure folks will report back when Royal starts cruising again from Barcelona.

when you do your online check in you get to pick what time slot you want to show up. When we sailed out of BCN for Harmony's TA (10-31-21) we had a noon boarding time. That's not when you board, that's when they let you into the terminal to start your preboard Covid rapid test (which was required at that time). You wait in a segregated seating area until you get the email that your test was negative. So it was closer to 12:45 before we actually boarded. The time slots started at 11:30 am.

Well technically, cruises are counted by nights, so boarding early is just bonus hours on the ship.
