“Bubble tours”?

Does anyone know if come March they will require unvaxed kids under 12 to do bubble tours? Or will they be free to do their own thing?

It is driven by the agreements with the governments in your ports of call. NCL has not had unvaxxed kinds until now. Royal has and requires ship's tours.

Covid bubble.. no wandering off on your own, no free time. It’s usually mandated by the local authorities, it applied at the Italian ports last year though the strict enforcement varied by port as the regional authorities had different requirements.  E.g. at Cagliari we weren’t allowed wander at all, but in Florence and sorrento we got 40mins free to shop/explore within a limited area.

Not on the excursion I picked, but there was one listed which included the Ufizei gallery

We were able to see both by using the Florence on Your Own tour from the NCL Epic. DW bought timed tours in advance online.

 

Of course that was way before Covid and bubble tours. (2012)
