Can't upgrade Flight Ease air faare

Neither Delta or HAL will allow me to upgrade a Flight Ease fare to Comfort+

Yep, happens sometimes. Depends on the fare rules.

Delta won't let you do it because according to them, HAL is the agent of record, so HAL has to do it through Flight Ease.   I don't know if you got flexible or restricted airfare.  That can make a difference.  Also, how close are you to departure?   If tickets are bought and issued, you are probably stuck.

I also wonder how far out your flight is.  If you're more than 90 days out (ie before final payment) then I could see that being restricted until the ticket is paid for.

I'm having trouble booking seats for our return flight in July. I had no trouble booking our seats for the flight to Athens way back in Oct.,final payment is in May.
