If you are a U.S. citizen, No. You have never needed to test in order to fly to the mainland. Up until last month, hawaii had a safetravels program that required a vaccine or negative test to enter the islands. That has been abandoned. How embarrassing- I skimmed over the Canadian part. At this time a test is required fur Canadian citizens, but Ias 39august stated, too early to tell what will be required in sept.
