Does anyone know if they make iced coffees at the Mosaic Cafe?

They do. They will even add hot chocolate mix to it for a mocha, and ice cream if you ask. Best coffee on the ship by far. We have a 10 year running battle with the restaurant director and the coffee served in the MDR. It's lightyears better in Mosaic, regardless of what you order.

Would you please also confirm by trying if they have lobsters and caviar at the White Night party?😜

Totally agree.  And, when we were on in November and February I thought that the coffee in Prime C was worse than the MDR.  I found it unpalatable in the specialty restaurant.  Not sure why.

No lobsters and no caviar. Plenty of seafood. I am at the white party right now.

we had lobster tail last week on the Onward White Night.  don't remember seeing any cavier

Never seen caviar at white night

Disappointed no lobster either at our last one
