EZ Air -- early ticketing & name on AA site

We have EZ Air for a transatlantic cruise with booking on American Airlines. I have a couple of questions:

I know that Princess pays at 45 days out. Our cruise is 87 days out and paid in full. We are happy with our flights and the price. Will requesting early ticketing on the EZ air site help to avoid any problems with schedule changes?

Our names on the AA app look like this: Firstmiddle Last. Is this normal for AA?

Thanks,

JoAnn

This is what PCL is SUPPOSED to do and what their past practice has been and what they CLAIM to do.  However, many members here on CC are reporting ticketing not happening then, but much closer to travel date than is comfortable for some.  I'd keep a close eye on any air reservations.

No…when airlines make schedule changes it affects all passengers regardless of how flights are booked.
