she could not book through the US site as a Canadian period. 
 

She is the type of person who is used to arguing her way to favourable outcomes and discounts so I have no doubts if you get it you’d be the exception not the rule. 
 

she couldn’t even get a Voyager number as a new customer.

Probably not. It is not able to be combined with any other offers. 
You should check to see which is cheaper - the labour day sale or the 30% off plus 200 OBC.

Yes but if you have a 30% off coupon from my rewards cash it in fast they have to be redeemed by August 31, 2022 but the cruise can be up to a year in advance. we just booked another cruise using the free drink package and Wi-Fi for an AUREA! That’s not till January 2023. Had to use my friend‘s 30% discount though since they wouldn’t allow me to use another one. Do a mock booking first so you’ll make sure you’re getting everything correct or at least know what to expect. You also get your 5% off if you’re a voyager member.

WooHoo!! Just redeemed a 30% off certificate for a 10-day cruise on the Divina in January. I booked Yacht Club and also received the additional 5% off for Voyageurs and the $500 OBC.  I'm super excited and since today is my 30 year wedding anniversary, it's a Happy Anniversary to me (and DH, LOL)!

 

It really was an easy process. It took a few days to get the phone call for reservation after I submitted my form, but the time it took to book was so quick. It seems like when I went through a TA I was on the phone with them for hours and this was barely ten minutes.

Just checked MyVegas, and it appears that the 30% / 20% / 10% discounts are gone 😞

I noticed that yesterday. I'm glad I acted on it.  I'm still earning points and not sure how I'd use them. Most things are in Vegas I think, so who knows.

The problem is they say the sailings are two different locations, for the same cruises.  What is it, Orlando or Ft Lauderdale?

The wording was confusing. I think their headquarters are in Fort Lauderdale. The sailings offered were out of Port Canaveral or Miami. I was fortunate to cash in a 30% off reward before August 31 for a January 2023 booking. I had posted earlier for people to be aware of the expiration of the cruise rewards offering those discounts.

I'm miffed. I tried to use my 30% off to book a cruise. But the agent's computer crashed. He was supposed to call me back the next day. He never did. And I tried calling and there was no voicemail option or anything to get a hold of him.  I filed a support request with PlayStudios, but I doubt I'll see any refund of those reward points. 

 

For the future, is there another way or trick that can be done to get a hold of an agent? Thanks!

@BeckyC77 When I called, I got the agents number because I didn't make a decision right away due to looking at different lengths of cruises. When I tried him back, I tried to sit on hold and kept getting disconnected. I was able to leave a voicemail though and got a call back. I'd share the number, but I'm not home now. I'm not sure if they would still honor your certificate either, never been through this process before.  Hope you get a resolution.

Does anyone know if MyVegas/Popslots will offer anymore free cruises @ the 12500000/15000000 level for the 7 day cruise? They seem to have all been taken? I read somewhere that they will continue with free cruises occasionally until March of 2023? Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks Chuck

I have been on several of them over the years and there is no real info or pattern to when they show up. It seems to mostly be when ships arent filling up our during slower times.

Best thing to do is check regular yourself or join a group like My Vegas Friends and someone, often times me will post when they show up.

Nobody knows, but I work for one of the big Wall Street firms in my job is all about odds. So I would say the odds are very good at eventually some of these offers will resurface.

I had just redeemed a 30% that I got from my sailing last week. I really don't like how they are handling it. I emailed the certificate. They later replied and told me to book my cruise than send them the confirmation/booking number. I did just that. When I booked the cruise with the 200obc for Labor Day, the 5% came off and I paid only deposit (as instructed by casino). I got a receipt in the email for payment, but no details. My account shows correct. An hour later I received an email with the whole booking on PDF, but it's missing the 5% and nothing showing on the 30% yet, and my online acct shows the higher rate now, but the OBC is still there. So I guess I need to be patient. I hate the feeling of uncertainty with these bookings.
