Hi - we are cruising on Liberty on Monday. We booked through a casino offer that included “drinks on us everywhere” (not just in the casino). How do we “cash that in” to start using it as soon as we board?

You don’t have to cash it in, should be automatically be free. Be sure to check your charge slip. If they charge you for the drinks, be sure to get a copy of the receipt. You should also bring a copy of something showing you have that offer. If you were charged, take everything to Guest Services and have them deduct from your sail and sign account.

in some embarkation port, it is normal to be charged like 50 cents to a 1 dollar as part of a state sales tax when the ship is docked in port. once the ship is in international waters where is no state tax

Revising my question a bit, because I don’t think I asked it very well. When we’ve had Cheers in the past, they’ve put a little sticker on our card to show we had that drink package. Will we get something similar with Drinks on Us Everywhere?  And if so, where do we go to get that sticker?

The sticker is no longer necessary, everything is electronic now (it will show up when they scan your card).  If you want a drink before you have a chance to pick up your card at the room, show them your boarding pass and that will also bring up the free drinks associated with your card.

We've done these offer before. As stated no sticker is needed just use your card or boarding pass. I always check with my PVP or email the casino to confirm my offer before we board just to make sure. Also we were able to get alcoholic drink prior to completing the muster drill. However they will cut you off if the final call for muster drill has been announced and you have failed to complete it.

Enjoy your cruise

I've called, but do you mind sharing the email you contact?  I've got one of these offers and I'm a bit wary of it, because the terms link definitely says "Everywhere While On Board The Ship," but doesn't say that everywhere.  I called to confirm, but I like the idea of having it confirmed in writing.

TIA!

Sure! You can use this link (https://oceanplayersclub.com/contact/) and fill out a request for information on a specific question. Or <casino@carnival.com>.

Same group just different options. They have been slow to respond since the restart but it's worth a try.

Thanks for posting that link. I submitted a request and got confirmation back within a couple of hours.
