WiFi upgrade

I have basic WiFi included and want to

upgrade.  Will I only have to pay the difference?

If you upgrade before the cruise the price is lower.  Currently for some of our cruises the internet is discounted in the Cruise Planner.

Definitely. Otherwise complain to X very loudly.

 

And as @jelaynewrote, definitely do it before you cruise so you can get the discount.

 

Edit to add: The best way to be sure is to cancel your basic WiFi order (see the fine print at the bottom of the email you received for that purchase) and then order the upgraded WiFi. Otherwise you could very easily end up buying a second WiFi plan.

That’s the pre-cruise discount which generally isn’t as much as the CC discount.

 

It could vary by ship but they’ll give you the discount on-board and usually right in the app

I called yesterday and was able to upgrade the wi-fi for our upcoming 10 day cruise for less than we paid onboard for a 7 day cruise this past spring.  Both were with the Captain's Club Classic Member discount applied.

I've booked through a TA and the internet was included in my price.  How do I go about upgrading?  Do I need to contact the TA to do this?  Thanks for any help!
