the_dylaness Posted July 17, 2022 #1 Share Posted July 17, 2022 I just hung up after being on hold for 2 hours and 1 minute with X. I want to upgrade my package and use my Captain's Club discount. Is there ANY other way to do this? I thought when I called at 3pm that surely I'd be done in time for my 5pm appointment but I was obviously wrong. And it has a list of excursions and various packages including upgrading the drink package. She had it taken care of in less than 10 minutes. Redtravel Posted July 17, 2022 #8 Share Posted July 17, 2022 I went through the same thing before cruising in June. Nobody knew about the CC discount. As it turned out, I was ok not upgrading. On ship, there were so many drinks that couldn’t be made because they didn’t have lots of things. For the few drinks that we ordered that were above the classic price limit, we only paid the difference plus tip. For example on an Aperol spritz, paid $1 plus 20 cents tip.
