How late can you swap one cruiser for another?

Our cruise leaves this Sunday, and my adult son is now unable to go due to work.  Is it too late to swap him for someone else on our booking?

Before the inventory goes to the ship: usually 48hrs before sailing. Close of play Friday for a Sunday sailing.

There used to be a website with all the final dates to change listed out…?
