SABATINI'S OR STERLING ON THE SAPPHIRE

Just realized we have a specialty dinner included on our next cruise. We usually don't do specialty & would like input as to which one to choose. I understand that the Sterling Steakhouse is just part of the Lido which would probably not be to my liking unless the food was outstanding. We're not huge meat eaters  - probably are more interested in apps, salads & desserts in either restaurant.

Sterling Steakhouse sitting area is located in the aft starboard aft section of the buffet area. This area is closed off in the evening for Sterling Steakhouse seating. Menu selections are not from the buffet. They are prepared similar to the Crown Grill. Ambiance is lacking.

Sabatini's is a small restaurant on deck 7. Nice. It would be my choice.
