There aren't any hotels I am aware of that have shuttle service to white bay.   I would stay near the rocks and take a taxi to the ship.    
 

it depends how long before the cruise you arrive.   If only one day you could stay at an airport hotel then get a taxi to the ship.

If you scroll down the boards page, you will eventually come to a board for Australia and New Zealand cruisers.  Nice, entertaining folk there, can probably give you some ideas.  EM

White Bay is a disaster.

You don't want to stay in White Bay, if such a thing is even possible. Stay downtown or in the Rocks and get a taxi to White Bay.

We stayed at Adina Apartment Hotel.  They had a shuttle to/from the airport.  We took a taxi to White Bay. I don't remember the cost, but that means it wasn't outrageous.

The hotel is close to a subway station if you have time to go in to Sydney.

There are also restaurants and shops near by.

It was nice to sail out of White Bay, as we got to sail under the bridge!

If arriving a day or so earlier and you wish to do some sightseeing then I suggest you stay at any hotel in the CBD close to where you want to explore, I.e Wynyard or Circular Quay and then taxi from there to White Bay.
