Can you cash out unused OBC?

I think I had read about a way to do that at the casino on RCCL? With gratuities "included" in fare, and most of tours booked without using it, trying to help someone figure out what to do with it. Drinks are also included and don't think they'll do specialty dining. Just trying to figure out options.

Thank you!

Yes.  Discussed in many threads.  You can use OBC to purchase chips or slot play.  They must be bet, but winnings can be cashed out.

And since you must gamble and win in order to cash out, on average you lose the house percentage on the bets and cannot cash out the full amount of OBC.
