Downgrading cabin on line

We wanted to change our sailing on the Beyond in the spring to a less expensive cabin. I booked it online direct with Celebrity, can i donwgrade the cabin myself or will I have to call them to change the cabin.  Of course the price will go down so not sure if this is possible

Don't do it on line, it could mess up the entire booking.

I called the other day because I didn’t have my PDF attached to my cruise with the cost. I was shocked when I got through within five minutes!!

I wish you well, but don't be surprised if the lesser cabin is more expensive than the cabin you already booked. The prices have gone up ( really through the roof). I was thinking about doing the same for next winter until I checked.

I've done it before without a problem.  You just select change cabin and then select the classification you wand and select room.    It give you a price before it downgrades you cabin.  

 

I've also done that when booked directly to upgrade a cabin.
