Missing Immigration information?

I just received a notice from HAL for my Oct cruise saying that we are Missing Immigration Information.  Never have seen this before.  Is it due to not having filled out our cruise information online yet (less than 30 days to cruise).

Passengers often times don't fill out these 3 questions:

Country of birth

Country of residence

Emergency contact phone number.

 

And then they wonder why they were sent to the check-in counter (where the agents using the lap-tops are).  ;  )

Hi Dave, if you go to your check in page it will highlight what is missing.  Have a wonderful cruise.
