Email address for the shore concierge on the Celebrity Edge

Does anyone know the email address??

I think that email address is mainly for high end suites guests and Zenith members only.

When is your sailing?  Normally the Shoreside concierge’s will reach out with a email or call before your sailing. Last cruise we were contacted about 10 prior to sailing.

It.may be a bit early for the Shoreside concierge to reach out.  Also keep a eye on your junk mail as for most suites initial contact is via email.  Which has occasionally made its way to my junk mail.

My experience is that even when traveling in a Upper Suite they do not reach out to you until 1-2 weeks prior to the cruise.

 

If in a SS you normally get an e-mail 7-10 days prior to sailing.    To be honest I've given up on them as only occasionally are my request received by the butler and stateroom attendant  and it is just as easy to let them know my choices and pillow needs when I first meet them.

And then again, I was contacted a couple of weeks ago for a 31 October cruise on Reflection.
