I will be traveling on the Radiance soon. If an emergency how would family contact us?

Is there a direct  umber to ship.

You could buy an internet plan and check your email regularly if you expect any possible emergency, such as ill or aging parents back home?

Thanks for your reply. We have cruised several times on another line which has specific direct numbers to each ship.  Just thought Carnavil may do the same .

There isn't a published direct line to the ships, but there is a number someone can call in an emergency and they can get a message to the ships.

We do not offer a direct dialing service to our ships.

 

The following number is to be used as an emergency contact number for family members not traveling with our guests. In the event of a true emergency, family may contact our call center at 1-800-227-6482 on Mon - Sun, 7:00am - 12am EST.

 

Our team will take down the caller's name and contact information and pass it on to our Guest Services team onboard.

You may want to look into an international plan for a month that covers your destination and the ship itself. Just make sure the plan includes data, or that you know how to turn off your phone's data connection.
