Do you have the latest version on your phone/tablet?

 

This is my first Princess cruise so I don’t know if they have someone to help at check in.  I would guess they would but check in would take a lot longer.

You would likely need to get assistance on board.  The app was easy to download at either the Playstore- Android or Apple Store - iPhone.  It is easy.

FWIW  - we do not use the cruiseline apps on board.  A bit old fashioned.  Will make reservations by walking to the restaurant etc.  Have a paper list of activities.  Definitely do not plan on carrying my phone around on my cruise.  We also give the website one try - Princess failed.  Then call in.  If they can enter the data great.  If not we simply show up with our confirmation, passports and covid info.

Yes they will. There are plenty of cruisers that don't have a device that can download the App. Just make sure that you have all the necessary paperwork with you.

It won’t be a problem, show up at the port with your Covid Vaccination card or proof of negative self test, Credit card and passport ( I would also bring travel summary) and proceed to the Blue Lane. Princess has reps there to enter your information and print your medallion.
