NCL Prima - Hudson’s for Lunch

Glanced at the menu and liked what I saw so we tried:  chicken noodle soup; spinach snd artichoke dip; Fish and chips; ‘Smash’ burger w/fries and sm side salad.  Stunning aft location!!

That smashburger was one of the best burgers I've ever had on NCL. Spinach/artichoke dip was delicious too.

We ate one lunch there.  Service slow despite tons of staff, got non solicited apology, food just OK.  Menu looks great, reality just ok.  Seated by kitchen door, so much for 270" view.  Head to the Local which was much better all around.  Note the Local Rueben is some type of beef but not corned beef but it passes.

Agree! I had the smashburger multiple times during our trip. I loved the Hudson's lunch menu - ate there more for lunch than dinner.

Carmelized onions and a remoulade-type sauce. Simple yet amazing.

Hudson's is one of those thing I look forward to the most.  While most MDRs seem like they're in a grand hotel type setting, this one actually lets you see the water!

We ate dinner there only one night, but should have had lunch there to see the beautiful ocean during the day!  It got dark at dinner, just saw our reflection.  Food, just OK.  Service good.
