Prima Handicap Rooms

I noticed the handicap rooms are right by the elevator, do you hear a lot of noise?

The elevators lobbies are separated from the guest halls.
 

Since I have mobility issues, we normally select standard rooms at or near the elevator lobbies and don’t have any noise problems.

Not all of the HC rooms are by the elevator.  We were on deck 11 right in the middle of the ship in an inside HC room # 11773.

We did a room only once near the elevator and stair never again. Lesson learned.

Why?

 

We always book close to the elevator for ourselves and my mom since she can't do the long walk down the hallway. No issues ever on 8+ trips because of elevator noise.
